Asian College launched its first National Moot court competition

“It’s a historical day and we are fortunate to have with us Hon. Dipak Misra a luminary known for his notable judgments. His presence has elevated the competition to a new level and has given a new stature to the education at Asian Law College,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Law College.

Present at the occasion, Dr. Sukhda Pritam Judicial Magistrate & Deputy Registrar at National Green Tribunal (NGT) motivated and guided students to stand for the rights of the people and justify their profession. Her words of wisdom gave a right vision to students towards their professional legal career.

Justice Dipak Misra highly appreciated the initiative of the institution for starting the judicial coaching and inaugurated the “ALC Judicial Coaching Academy” in the ALC campus.

Top law colleges and universities across the country with 24 teams and 72 participants contested for honors at this two days competition at ALC.

Sandeep Marwah inaugurated Jashn-e-Hind at IGNCA

New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India and Chancellor AAFT University inaugurated three days cultural festival under the title Jashn E Hind Celebrating Indian Ethos at Indira Gandhi National Centre For Arts ,Ministry of Culture Government of India.

“Art is an effort to create, beside the real world, a more humane world. “The first step to controlling your world is to control your culture. To model and demonstrate the kind of world you demand to live in. to write the books. Make the music. Shoot the films. Paint the art. Festival like this gives you new energy to think big,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah while lighting the ceremonial lamp.

“I am thankful to each and every participant who all have contributed to this   three days festival. It’s a beginning of a new chapter and soon we will make it the most vibrant cultural extravaganza,” said Dr. Mridula Tandon President Sakshi.

.Sakshi an NGO has designed the event for under the leadership of Dr. Mridula Tandon in association with International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and AAFT School of Performing Arts for three days.

Some of the most prominent classical dancers, musicians, singers and artists of the country will present their art. The festival has large number of books, art, food stalls from all over India. Rama Pandey, Brig. Rajindra Singh Chhikara, Piyush Mishra, Ashok Chakadhar, Laxmi Shankar Bajpai were also present there.

ICCR and ICMEI will work together for promotion of arts.

New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah President International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry met Akhilesh Mishra IFS Director General of ICCR- Indian Council For Cultural Relations Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India to discuss the collaboration between the two powerful cultural organizations at Azad Bhawan.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah briefed Akhilesh Mishra about the different committees Chamber is running including Print, Radio, Television, Cinema, Animation, Tourism, Hospitality, Fashion, Design, Environment, Education, Skill Development etc. “We will be more than happy if we can be part of any activity designed by ICCR and would love to assist you in the same,” proposed Dr. Marwah to ICCR.

Zimbabwe honoured at Entrepreneur Excellence Award.

New Delhi: Lions Club Delhi Veg in association with ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry organized the welcome ceremony of H.E. G M Chipare, High Commissioner of Zimbabwe on the occasion of the Entrepreneur Excellence Awards 2020 on the pretext of World Day of Social Justice at Hotel Le Meridien.

“Entrepreneur Excellence Awards 2020 has been organized to honor and felicitate various Entrepreneurs all of whom have contributed to the society in one way or the other,” said Gaurav Gupta President of the Lions Club of Delhi Veg.

ICMEI supported three days Fashion and Food festival in Noida

Noida: Three days fashion and food festival was organized by C D Foundation in association with International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry at WAVE cinema to create awareness about the art and culture of many countries together.


The country of Vietnam, UAE, Turkey, Tunisia, Romania, Poland, Palestine Lebanon, Kyrgyzstan, Japan, Hungary, Cuba, Afghanistan and Czech Republic participated in the International Food and Fashion Festival.
These festivals are part of cultural Diplomacy. It is a course of actions, which are based on and utilize the exchange of ideas, values, traditions and other aspects of culture or identity, to strengthen relationships, enhance socio-cultural cooperation, promote national interests and beyond,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI while inaugurating the festival along with number of diplomats in the presence of large public.

 “The interaction of peoples, the exchange of language, religion, ideas, arts and societal structures have consistently improved relations between divergent groups of different countries,” added Charu Das President C.D. Foundation.
The festival attracted huge audience from National Capital Region. Three days saw food stalls, musical recitals, dance recitals and fashion shows of popular artist from different countries.

While addressing the august audience Dr. Marwah narrated some of his experiences in education and also expressed his views on education with the help of case studies.

Never give up your right to be wrong, because then you will lose the ability to learn new things and move forward with your life. World Scout's Day celebration started at New Delhi

New Delhi: The Scout/Guide Organization invited hundreds of Scouts and guides from all over India to be the part of celebration of World Scout Day inaugurated by Chief Scout of India Dr. Sandeep Marwah at Constitutional Club at New Delhi.

“22 February has always been a time to remember and celebrate the birthday of Baden-Powell, our Founder, the force behind Scouting and all that it stands for today. His vision has influenced countless generations of young people globally, providing opportunities for them to experience self-discovery through an array of activities and impact-driven initiatives,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India addressing young Scouts and guides from different states of India.

In most parts of the world, women are virtually absent from or are poorly represented in economic decision-making, including the formulation of financial, monetary, commercial and other economic policies, as well s tax systems and rules governing pay, it has to be rectify as soon as possible by your participation,” added Dr. Marwah addressing to large working women.

World Radio day celebrated at 8th Global Festival of Journalism

Noida: “On this World Radio Day, let us recognize the enduring power of radio to promote diversity and help build a more peaceful and inclusive world “ Albeena Abbas Director AAFT School of Journalism read the words written by the UN Secretary-General António Guterres to start the program of the second day of 8th Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2020 at Marwah Studios.


“Radio is a powerful medium for celebrating humanity in all its diversity and constitutes a platform for democratic discourse. At the global level, radio remains the most widely consumed medium,” said Sandeep Marwah President ICMEI introducing the program to the large audience.

“This unique ability to reach out the widest audience means radio can shape a society’s experience of diversity, stand as an arena for all voices to speak out, be represented and heard,” said Narender Gupta Senior Journalist from Mumbai.

“Radio stations should serve diverse communities, offering a wide variety of programs, viewpoints and content, and reflect the diversity of audiences in their organizations and operations,” added Paresh Rughani International Motivational Speaker from London.

“Radio is a low-cost medium specifically suited to reaching remote communities and vulnerable people, offering a platform to intervene in the “public debate, irrespective of people’s educational level. It also plays a crucial role in emergency communication and disaster relief,” expressed Dr. Markandey Rai, Chancellor, Indira Gandhi Technical University

“Radio is uniquely positioned to bring communities together and foster positive dialogue for change. “The World Radio Day this year moves around the theme of “Radio and diversity.” UNESCO and UN calls on radio stations to uphold diversity, both in their newsroom and on the airwaves, ”reminded H.E. Nejemeddine Lakhal, Ambassador of Tunisia to India.

A powerful seminar on safety of journalists at 8th global festival of journalism.

Noida: One sixth of the World stays in India. The media industry is also one of the biggest industries in the World. Journalism is a very lucrative as well as passionate profession but safety of the journalist is also becoming the point of worry and concern initiated Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of International Journalism Centre during 8th Global Festival of Journalism.

Raghvendra Kumar, Helmet Man only talked about the road safety-where Dr. Marwah condensed that we all must keep in mind to use Helmet while driving two wheeler, obey traffic lights and always give way to ambulance.

Dr. Sanjay Singh Baghel Media Expert, Delhi University shared some sensitive cases from history and ask journalists to be alert and aware of their circumstances and be vigilant about their surroundings.

Renzu Shah writer, social worker and Commissioner Scouts/guides Jammu and Kashmir spoke the real position of journalism in Kashmir. Dr. Poonam Arora, Professor from Grinnel College, USA explained the ways of journalism and journalist security of USA.

Paresh Rughani, International Motivational Speaker from United Kingdom talked about journalism in England. Anoop Bose filmmaker & Senior Lawyer Supreme Court compared the current situation to the past positions in India.

Dr. Leila Mostofi, Founder Samt VMC, Iran spoke about the dying position of journalist in Iran. Anca Verma, Businesswoman Philanthropist from Romania explained indo Romanian comparison.
Richard Turner Historian & Professor from Michigan University USA gave a bird eye view of journalism in USA. Vijai Trivedi, Sr. Journalist, NDTV, Rajesh Badal, Senior Journalist, RSTV shared their own vast experiences with case studies.

Vice President of Vietnam appreciated Sandeep Marwah

Noida: International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry has joined hands with forth coming cultural extravaganza Jashn e Hind celebrating the Indian ethos to be held at Indira Gandhi National Centre For Arts New Delhi designed by Dr. Mridula Tandon of Sakshi.

8th Global Journalism Festival inaugurated at Marwah Studios

Noida: The most exclusive festival, first of its kind in Asia and second in the World saw the grand opening of its 8th edition at Noida Film City hosted by Marwah Studios.

The colorful flags of different nations were quite inviting and speaking about the international presence at the festival. In total 56 countries have been part of this festival where as delegates from all the 28 states and 9 union territories were present in the festival.

“ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry-and International Journalism Centre together with AAFT University have designed this festival to mark respect to the decision of having International Day of Journalism on 12th February which was declared nine years back by our association,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Global Festival of Journalism.

“Media creates perception, time has come when all mediums of media keep in mind the unity and integrity of the nation should not be at stake when they write or speak and show any coverage. Country is definitely bigger than profession,” said Tirath Singh Rawat Member Parliament Lok Sabha and Secretary BJP.

“I appreciate the bye line   given to this festival-Love Peace And Unity Through Art And Culture. Positive journalism can bring new ife to the relations,” said H.E. Dr. Marjan Cencen, Ambassador of Slovenia to India.

“Do your research well before you write a piece for press. Your deep research can bring correct information to the reader. People still believe blindly   what all has been printed or shown on television. You have a great responsibility towards reader and viewer,” said H.E. Photography exhibition inaugurated at 8th GFJN

Noida: One Hundred Photographers from all over India participated in the grand photography exhibition titled “AN EYE’ planned during 8th Global Festival of Journalism at Marwah Studios Film City Noida.

“It is the custom at Marwah Studios to have an exhibition in every major festival. This time one Hundred photographers from AAFT School of Photography submitted their best work for the exhibition. It was difficult for the department to choose pictures for the show as all of them were very exclusive,” introduced the exhibition by Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of International Journalism Centre, ICMEI and AAFT at the inauguration of 8th Global Festival.

“What a collection! I am sure no picture could have been rejected,” encouraged by H.E. Muhamed Cengic an international photographer and Ambassador of Bosnia & Herzegovina to India while lighting the ceremonial lamp.

106th Batch of AAFT University inaugurated at Marwah Studios

Noida “We are actually creating a new World Record in film and television education as there is no film school which has so far launched 106th batch of trainees, we have done it today. These students are witness to the history,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT- Asian Academy of Film And Television on the inauguration of 106th batch at Marwah Studios, film city Noida.

Krishan Guptaa Managing Director of Organic Wellness Private Limited, Tedex Speaker and writer of book ‘Clear Your Bottle Necks’ shared his part of story and motivated the students to work hard and keep learning in the capacity of Chief Guest of the day.

AAFT School of Performing Arts Remembered Jagjit Singh on his Birth Anniversary

Noida: AAFT School of Performing Arts planned a Mehfil-E-Ghazal an evening of Ghazals dedicated to the king of Ghazals popular singer Late Jagjit Singh on his birth Anniversary at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida.

104th AAFT festival of short digital films honoured directors.

Noida: We have created a World Record of not only producing   short films but also of show casing through AAFT Festival of Short Digital Films. I extend my heartiest congratulations to every one connected to Marwah Films And Video Productions & International Film And Television Club of Marwah Studios,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios at the inauguration of 104th AAFT Festival at Noida Film City.

Eleven films were awarded as different, experimental, innovative, touching, Social message, documentary etc. Sudhir Tondon former Director Doordarshan and founder Lok Sabha Television honored the directors of the films for their hard work.

Vaishali Valecha was honored for her short film DUAL DOMINATION, Pawan Kumar for DARD, Kushagra Nagpal for ILLEGAL, Harendra Pratap for EHSAAS, Anshuman Mishra for BLACK MAIL, Kushgara Nagpal again for APKA BETA SAQIB, Himanshu Kohli for IK MULAQAAT, Aman Kumar for JAIDAAT, Sanchit Tiwari for EK ADHURI MULAQAAT, Prabhat Kumar for SHIKSHA and Marina Zaffari honored for her documentary SALAAM NAMASTE- KABUL JAAN. All the films were screened during festival and appreciated by the audience.

National Tourism day celebrated at Asian Institute of Tourism
