Tea Talks With the Chancellor

Tea Talks With the Chancellor.

Owning one World Record is a huge milestone in a person’s life, but what will you call a person who has made a habit of creating World Records.
And how about having Five? Yes, you heard it right, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, the Chancellor of Asian School of Media Studies and Founder of the largest growing film city in north India (Noida Film City) has five world records to his name. Not only this, he has highest number of International Awards in the world making a total of 110 records.

Besides these he is enlightened with four doctorate degrees, insane right? But this is just 10 percent of his achievements. Dr. Sandeep Marwah has got enormous vision for Media and Journalism Field and always eager approach to make his students the best professional in the industry for which he tries to create ample of opportunities.

One such opportunity was when we got a change to have one on one interaction with our chancellor sir Dr. Sandeep Marwah on 3rd of November 2018. The Veteran addressed us the young talents with some motivational words which filled us with energy. Talking about his works he shared his valuable experience of his journey of 25 years. His vision which I felt was on quite a different level totally. Being a member ICMEI (International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry) and writing for Asian group website was one such opportunity which he threw on us giving us a huge responsibility in writing Department.

Taking sips of the tea in studio one, he told us the challenges we will have to face in life regarding the field and how exactly we will have to work out to make a mark. He wanted to make a separate department for the ones who could publish their writings on a media platform to showcase the strength of the institution, its capabilities and what events and opportunities take place in this great institution.

At the end of the talk, it was an open house for suggestions which proved his great gesture and love towards his students. We signed off with a snap of memory and warm regards to everyone.

WILL POWER (power to change)

Willingness....

Today i just want to talk and share my views about willingness of a human being.

We  must have often seen that in INDIA , people ageing from 50-60 years tend to suffer from weakness and infections  etc which make them weak and kill their willingness to work.

How are we different from other nations?
I feel we are lot stronger than other fellow nations but there is one thing which pulls us down that is our will power. You must have heard that in other countries people take retirement to enjoy their rest of the life but in our country people retire from their duties and think that their moto of life is over. This thinking leads breaking down of our will power especially after they are done with getting their sons or daughters married.
I feel that if we have a strong will power we can increase our life span adding 10 more years. Sounds so good isn't it? It does but it also needs a strong will power to overcome our weaknesses , fears and things which stop us from within to come up and fight back.
Here i would like to take a small example of Fever. Fever is something from which  we have all struggled through in our life many a times. Obviously we cant stop it but we can treat ourselves in lesser interval of time than normal span.
Fever generally lasts for about 3 days leaving us in lot of weakness but what if i say it can go in just 24 hours by having strong will power? Yes, taking a few strong steps can make it. You don't need to run for that but instead just have a strong mindset that this small fever cant resist me from doing what i like. It is more of internal illness rather than external. Try doing small things on your own.
Our body responds to the actions which we take from strong determination my friends. I bet you will recover in a shorter while as you used to before.
Yuvraj Singh, the famous cricketer also recovered from a disease like cancer and played for the nation again just because of his strong will power. So if a person can beat death from will power these small diseases and problems are nothing in front of you. yes YOU. Believe in Yourself don't give away at any age.
We always say Laughter is the best medicine so why not just take laughter as our daily dose to live more...
Don't loose your motivation and goals, goals and dreams don't have any age factor, it is we who build them or destroy them.
Build your dreams so big that you don't have time to loose on your goals. But yes remember to take your dose daily..hehehe yeah ..Laughter Dose.
see you guys later...

#MeeToo

What is #MeeToo?

Today i would like to talk from a perspective of a girl, a lady, a wife, a sister and also a oppressed citizen of this society.

Many of my female have talked to me about this. As woman ,its sadly unsurprising to learn that another woman we know has experienced sexual harassment, assault, or violence. Sharing our stories with each other can be as confronting as it is horrifying, while it helps to know that we are not alone, thinking about widespread of these experiences which can lead to discouragement, especially in culture of male dominance. A culture which has tought us to remain silent about them altogether.

In 2017 October multiple women protested about the abuse of power, sexual harassment. In matter of days, the hashtag #MeeToo was travelling across everywhere in social media as a women, men from all walks of life bravely talked about their experiences, some for the very first time.
In the wake of this movement started from America coming to India, many controversies came up with dozens of allegations against some very known personality from Bollywood and some media field also. This campaign generated a platform to every who somewhere got abused or harassed to raise their voice which they were not able to come up earlier.
If this campaign goes on like this and proper steps are taken then i think this can bring on a huge change in society and mindset of people.
             #MeeToo = Hope of Justice

CHEERS!

Cost of running heavy now.

Food of both machines and humans touching the sky.

Whether be it humans or machines, we all have the basic necessity for food. You must be surprised why am i regarding machines for food. Ok then lets say we all need fuel for running our body.

I guess now you all must be getting some idea of what i am talking about. Yes we all need food, as humans we need vegetables and fruits and machines need fuel to work. But that fuel is getting costlier every now and then which is creating a huge impact on the middle class people who have limited budget to run their homes. This increase in prices of food and vegetables are creating problems and financial crisis for them.
Talking of Petroleum first, it has rise to around 10 rs in past 8 months. Now whats the reason? Some may think as stated by our present government that it is due to the international price of crude oil but then in 2014 when the price per gallon was 120$, we were getting petrol for around 70 rs. and now when price in international market is  84$ per gallon, we are buying it for 88 rs per litre.
It is also because of the surplus amount of crude oil which the govt. bought in excess around 2014 when it was not even needed and since now the price of dollar per rupee has gone up and is rising the amount to be paid is also increasing.Due to all these reasons price of petroleum are touching the sky.
But the question remains the same, when will this race end?

Coming to food items including fruits and vegetables. we all know how food is important to all of us . The main reason of rising prices of food products is because of shortage of cold storage in India. Last year farmers threw their potatoes on roads because they had no place to keep it. On top of it they are not given enough price for their 'fasal'. That is the reason due to which retailers have to increase their price and sell it in market.

Coming to the conclusion it is obvious that government is  guilty but now its our time to question the government. This affects the middle class people the most who always have just a limited budget to feed their family and due to this rise in prices their all budget fails and has to even cut short their needs. When will good days come, when will prices of petroleum, vegetables and fruits go down?..Lets find out..till then........

JEFF BEZOS  (The Mind Behind Amazon)

A game changer in evolution of online marketing, company which created quite a history for itself , its none other than AMAZON. Jeff Bezos a person with a different mindset.

Born in Mexico, Jeff had an idea of building an online book store. Qualified as a electrical engineer, conducted workshop and hired just 2 programmers then. His first investors were his parents who invested a whopping amount of  300,000 dollars.
The mastermind Bezos released press releases every week and in two years he sold in over 45 countries.

Covering Aruna Roy(Lady with a dream)

:Efforts never go waste if you have determination and will power".

Aruna Roy defines this statement the best i guess.
Aruna Roy is known for her fight against corruption and transparency in government. Growing up in Pondicherry studying in Delhi she grew up to be a teacher however her interests were somewhere else only. she became an IAS officer in 1967. Aruna is known as a prominent leader of the Mazdoor Kisan Shakti Sangathan (MKSS), a social and grassroots organisation for the empowerment of workers and peasants. In 2005, she played a crucial role in establishing the Right to Information Act (RTI). Aruna has received various awards for her service to the society, such as the Ramon Magsaysay Award for Community Leadership in 2000, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Award for Excellence in Public Administration, Academia and Management in 2010.  In 2011, Aruna was named as one of the ‘100 most influential people across the world’ by Time Magazine.
She is an inspiration and true motivator. Aruna Roy, a social activist ,works for the nation and countrymen. We should learn from a personality like her and salute for her devotion towards the country.
HATS OFF!

One INDIA Different Nations

OUR NATION,OUR PRIDE

Tagline of INDIA if would have been, similar to that of kingfisher's.

You must be thinking how...is this man foolish. Well maybe you can decide it when go through this blog. Kingfisher's tagline in IPL is "divided by teams, united by kingfisher." Similar to that India's tagline could be "Divided by caste, culture, united by India"

We proudly commit that we the people of India are secular. just ask this question to yourself once guys..are we? My answer to this will be NO. why? because secular means equal freedom and respect for all religions. However saying so we don't follow it. Different religions have different cultures no doubt but what about caste?
Is caste a part of religion...? Is it written in any religious book that people should be bifurcated on the basis of the jobs or work they depending upon the class they belong to.
Yes caste system has been prevailing from a long era. but have you ever thought why those caste and norms were created long ago. People were divided on the basis of profession they were into which was slowly mistook as the inferior and superior legacy. Which my friends is wrong, it is terribly unfair to judge someone on the basis of caste, we do need religion but no religion needs a caste for its division.
Pointing to the fact as many people are becoming literate and are given equal rights and opportunities. this caste system is also misleading our nation into quite critical situation. Now our so called backward class people are no more poor, many of them have set up their business  or working at a good post having a good pay. so why they still need RESERVATIONS. Reservations were provided to uplift the people of nation so that they can avail equal opportunities which is no more needed. so why there are still so many reservations, why still that caste system follows? why is it not ending. So many questions right, but one simple answer to all this is POLITICS.
We think we know everything and its all right in front of our eyes but its not. just think there is always a lot of buzz about Hindu-Muslim riots ,people criticising each other but you also may have some Muslim friends and vice-versa. we all know we celebrate each others festivals with huge enthusiasm, ready to help each other but still there is so much of hatred shown. Caste system can easily be removed and amendments can be made but that matter is shut down as soon as even a light limelight falls on this matter. We have been divided on the basis of vote bank not caste, we have been divided in areas and regions due to political influence.
Don't let them divide us on any grounds. Help the needy not the backward. Let us be ONE INDIA, ONE NATION. We are incredible India.

Havoc in the beauty

Havoc, devastation ,fury of nature ...that's what is going on in the beautiful state of KERALA.

A life is the biggest achievement and biggest loss if gone.

Friends, this is not just a blog ...this is about people their struggle and problems they are facing due to the natural disaster which has just occurred in the state of Kerala. More than 70 lives have been lost in this flood and is still not the end. Terrific right?  just think of those who are suffering there.
More than 1.5 lakhs people had to leave their homes and are now staying at shelter camps provided by army and the government. more than 4000 people have been rescued. Kochi airport blocked and shut. 35 out of 39 dam gates have been opened yet not a sigh of relief. that's what a natural calamity does to you.
Red alert has been issued to 14 districts of the state.
Train services have been disrupted and road transport services are in disarray with stretches of roads coming under water. Officials said a holiday has been declared for educational institutions in all districts barring Kasaragod tomorrow while colleges and universities have postponed exams. As the situation became grave, the state government sought the help of more teams of army personnel, National Disaster Response Force and Army Engineering.
Relief fund of 320 crores has been released by home minister Rajnath Singh for the situation. All NGOs and celebrities are trying to give their best support to help the people by money or by food.
Its my humble urge to everyone not to just let go of this matter and help the people of Kerala in any way possible. Be an INDIAN, let tough times bring us together.

Play wise

Play with your bat, not with your mouth.

“Persistence is seen in work you do, not what you say”

There are many people in the world who have a habit of comparing themselves with others. Whenever they meet a person they tend to show off themselves as big guns. These type of people can be regarded as price tags.

If a person is well off and has a tendency to show off, this type of people can be regarded as price tags. Whenever they meet someone, rather than exchanging pleasantry with him they start showing off themselves by marking the price and brand they are wearing. These people are called price tags.

A person who is humble never boosts off. His personality and behavior reflect his attitude and status. This implies when you play any game as well, keep in mind that your game reflects you. I would like to give an example of basketball here. The way you respond and react to situation shows your position in the team and the class of player you are. The player is not respected upon the kit you carry.

If you speak too much and then fail to reflect it in the game , whatever the reason maybe then your whole mark will go in vain and you will just remain a fake.
So it’s always beneficial not to speak much rather look for opportunities and prove your capability as well as worth of holding a respectable status in society. As it is often quoted prove your worth by work, not just by your words.

Lenovo ideapad 330 review (i5 8th gen. 8GB RAM)

We think technology, we build technology, we live technology.

Today i am going to review a new machine of lenovo i.e Lenovo ideapad 330 laptop which has Intel icore5 processor with 8GB RAM. Now if you are looking for a laptop which has a fast processor at cheap price then this machine is just for you.
It's 8th generation Intel i5 laptop with windows 10, constitutes 8GB RAM and 1TB hard drive. Radeon 2GB external graphic card for gaming with Dolby sound system. Sleek design with HDMI port. great for multitasking purposes , video editing and gaming.
The only drawback is its battery life. It has only 5 hours of battery backup which does not allow you to sit back and work without plugging in your charger. Except for that fact its a really good machine coming to you at a cheap price.
Performance is really appreciable and i always enjoy working on my laptop.

HP is also offering same configuration at similar price but be careful its coming with lots of heating issues nowadays.
Hope you have a good buy and enjoy your experience with your new machine.
Cheers!
